“The artist hired by Dr Clown understands the responsibility of participating in a treatment plan, in regard to the patient and to all other people involved in the plan: the family, the care staff, the health-care facility, and Dr Clown itself. In exercising the profession of therapeutic artist and in all situations associated with Dr Clown, the artist must therefore know, accept, and take into account the fundamental principles of this code of ethics. The artist recognizes that violating any one or several of the articles of this code represents a breach of the work ethic and spirit of Dr Clown. In such an event, the artist will be subject to a ruling by Dr Clown’s executive team.”
